We raised the bar on outdoor design 19 years ago by bringing cutting edge umbrellas to North America, and we continue to support innovation and outstanding design with our long-term, international manufacturing partners – Umbrosa, May, Woodline and Cuscini. Recently, we expanded our offerings to include Extremis modern outdoor-indoor furnishings. From South Africa to Quebec to Belgium and Germany, we are dedicated to helping you extend summer.
Time zones differences – no problem.
Some of us have worked together for years, others are brand new. Our team hails from across the United States as well as Germany, Italy and Chile. We blend urban chic with small town warmth and attention to detail.
I love summer and outdoor design and when I couldn’t find the style and quality of umbrellas that I wanted for my own home, I decided to gather the best the world had to offer and make it available in North America. At the same time, design professionals, commercial and residential buyers were beginning to seek out high end shade solutions. The timing turned out to be perfect.
As with everything, people make the difference.

In 2015, we renovated and repurposed a 1906 former mercantile and dry goods store in downtown Hotchkiss, Colorado. The contemporary loft space is an ideal place to work and to show off our extraordinary products. We support our local community and especially organizations working for historic preservation and economic growth.
The North Fork Valley is Colorado’s best kept secret with the highest concentration of family-owned organic farms in Colorado, the West Elk American Viticultural Area (AVA) and a burgeoning arts community. Come visit us – we are midway between Aspen and Telluride.
